I've just recently discovered I had it set to Wireless B which is why i was only getting 11 Mbps connection, and getting about 5Mbps actual from speedtest. Is this (lower) speed standard for the capabilities between Wired/Wireless. I'm getting 19-20 Mbps on my wired lan connection, but I'm only getting about 10-13Mbps on my 54Mbps speed connected Wlan card.Comcast, ATT, all the big players are guilty of. Sign In.Also NEVER, EVER allow their friends on your WiFI that isn't an isolated guest VLAN, preferably with client isolation also enforced if you can get away with that (if they don't need LAN gaming, etc).
